WHERE DO I FIND MY ORDER AND TRACKING NUMBER?
Order receipts will be emailed to the email you provided at checkout, or in-person at one of our pop-ups! A tracking number will be shared to your email.
HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Returns and exchanges are being processed manually. You can contact us directly.
*Preorders are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store-credit in the full amount of your order minus shipping costs.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
If you placed a pre-order for our Summer 2026 "Getaway" Studio collection, we are aiming to process and ship the first week of May! Standard shipping option is USPS Ground and typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive, however some shipping destinations can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive.

Our standard shipping option is USPS Ground and typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive, however some shipping destinations can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process but often orders are full-filled and shipped out same day if placed before 1pm EST.
Fall 2024 preorders are expected to ship first week of August 2024. You will receive an email notification (and SMS if you've opted in during checkout).
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY BRANDO?
Products made of Ponte De Roma (Dual-knit Jersey) are a rayon-nylon-spandex blend and are machine-washable using cold water on gentle cycle. To dry, we recommend laying flat to reduce shrinkage amount on the first few washes. Do not use products containing bleach.
100% Organic cotton T-Shirts with printed graphics can be turned inside out and machine-washed using warm water, with like colors. Dry on low. Medium/hot iron- do not iron on graphic logo.
